Lion dance

The Chinese Lion is a playful and mischievous character. Accompanied by a traditional drummer to bring good luck, fortune and prosperity for the following 12 months. Our lions are frequently found at celebrations and can wonder your guests and can perform a longer dance, or multiple shorter dances throughout your event. They are also available for photo opportunities which your guests will love.

Chinese Calligrapher

A calligrapher is a brilliant additional to any Chinese New Year celebration. Take your guests names, or family name and transform them into a wonderful piece of art that can be frames and taken away at the end of the night.

Traditionally written on red or white paper using a Chinese quill with black ink, the symbols and characters are easily recognisable and make a great keep sake. The paper used can also be branded with your company logo and event date to add an extra level of detail.

Origami/Zhezhi Artist

Every year has a new animal which can be beautifully hand crafted out of coloured paper by our Zhezhi artist. A great addition al any New Year celebrations making gifts that clients can take back to remember the event, and can be colour matched to your company colours and branding.

Chinese String Ensemble

The musical backdrop to any event transforms the feel and atmosphere of any gathering. The Chinese ensemble will perform with traditional instruments during the course of your event. Line ups of duo, trio, quartet, quintet or larger are available depending on space availability and the style of music desired.

dragon Body paint

If you're looking for something a little more abstract and a more modern take on the Chinese Dragon, the Dragon Body Paint is a brilliant option. Head to toe in in brightly coloured body paint that can be either standard colours or UV so the full effect can be viewed in full neon. The act can be with your guests to meet and greet and for photo opportunities as a mix and mingle character. The painting can also include company logos and branding to tie in the event to you. If it better suits the brief the performers can use coverings and skirts, whichever suits you and your guests best.
